VEISHEA Schedule
|
I have attached the final schedule for our VEISHEA displays. If you did not sign up but would like participate at one of the displays, just show up and help out. We could still use a few more guys to take off the load from those that are working 6 hours shifts of Saturday! A few notes:
- If possible, wear your IEEE t-shirt on Saturday - For those with opening shifts, meet in the IEEE Corner of the ALC so we can gather things and roll out - You are more than welcome to help out longer than your are scheduled for, or switch your shift with someone else - as long as we always have at least 3 guys at our tables at any given time.
